About Hallie
I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and couples work. I offer both couples therapy and individual sessions in-person in West Los Angeles and across California via telehealth.
I hold an undergraduate degree from UCLA and a Master's degree from USC. My mentor and clinical supervisor is Dr. Bonnie Goldstein, a Harvard and UCLA trained leader in trauma-informed care, psychodynamic therapy, and sensorimotor somatic psychotherapy. My practice is also deeply influenced by the teachings of Bessel van der Kolk, Esther Perel, Brene Brown, Orna Guralnik, John and Julie Gottman, and Peter Levine.
I draw from psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapy, attachment theory, narrative therapy, somatic and sensorimotor therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
My work is also informed by a strong familiarity with the entertainment industry, and I offer a supportive space for professionals, artists, and actors navigating the unique demands of their careers. I intimately understand the demands of the entertainment world, while also recognizing the critical importance of mental health and well-being in achieving sustainable success and fulfillment.
Finding peace and living a fulfilling life are within reach. Out of turmoil and uncertainty can come balance and clarity. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, and I offer personalized support tailored to your unique needs and experiences. I offer a free phone consultation so you can get a sense of my approach, ask any questions, and see if we feel like the right fit.
