“The act of revealing oneself fully to another and still being accepted may be the major vehicle of therapeutic help.”

About Hallie

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and couples work. I hold an undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles and a Master's degree from University of Southern California, School of Social Work. I offer services in-person in West Los Angeles or via telehealth.

My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I offer personalized support tailored to your unique needs and experiences, and I provide free consultations to help you decide if we’re the right fit.

My work is also informed by a strong familiarity with the entertainment industry, and I offer a supportive space for professionals and artists navigating the unique demands of their careers. Having spent years in Los Angeles immersed in the fast-paced, high-stakes, and demanding entertainment industry, I intimately understand the demands of the entertainment world, while also recognizing the critical importance of mental health and well-being in achieving sustainable success and fulfillment.

Finding peace and living a fulfilling life are within reach, no matter what you may have been through or what you may be going through. Out of turmoil and uncertainty can come balance and clarity. I am dedicated to helping you find this and more.

My mentor and clinical supervisor is Dr. Bonnie Goldstein, a Harvard and UCLA trained leader in trauma-informed care, psychodynamic therapy, and sensorimotor somatic psychotherapy. My practice is also deeply influenced by the teachings of Bessel van der Kolk, Esther Perel, Brene Brown, Orna Guralnik, John Gottman, Pat Ogden, Irvin Yalom, Dan Siegel, and Peter Levine.

Insurance: I am not in-network with insurance, but I can provide a superbill for reimbursement.
